Seems the earlier leak was correct. Microsoft revealed a slimmed down version of their XBox 360 console with an all new design, 250GB hard drive and built-in Wi-Fi. The new XBox runs quieter and cooler and will hopefully be devoid of the problems that plagued the earlier XBox 360. The bigger news was the launch of Kinect, previously known as Project Natale, which is Microsoft's motion-gaming system that uses no controllers.

USA Today's preview video above explains the development and the principles of the Kinect system which is set to launch near the holiday season.

"Kinect works with your Xbox 360 to bring you extraordinary entertainment experiences. Kinect's unique sensor and specially designed games transform full body movement into game play. And the great news is Kinect works with every Xbox 360 console," explains Microsoft.
