Although not the sleekest or thinnest case out there, the Kensington Comercio is one of the most practical. The vinyl like fabric looks durable and seems easy to clean. It should wear nicely through time. There are various inserts for cards and other items inside the case and most importantly, the case quickly transforms into a makeshift stand for those occasions where you need to view videos.
Kensngton's taken care to make sure all the important ports and items like the rear camera, second microphone have cutouts and the case does fit the iPad Air quite snugly. I also noticed that the stitching around the fabric is executed to an exacting degree, poor stitching has been a pain point for cases of this sort and the Kensington Comercio seems to be a cut above the rest.
Students, office workers and anyone who goes places with their iPad Air will appreciate the protection and features offered by the Comercio soft folio case, it also comes in a number of unusual colours like the olive drab version we were sent for review (the corresponding stylus is the same colour as well). Speaking of the Virtuoso stylus, it is a ballpen that also has a touch stylus, which a lot of users seem to prefer to using their fingers, specially when drawing or for precise pointing on the screen.
Personally, I am a fan of Apple's own iPad Air cases beacuse of the snug fit and low profile but the Comercio soft folio case is what I would choose for a day of meetings or for traveling. It is soft yet robust and it is certainly practical.
