YouTube’s new music subscription service Music Key have reportedly begun its private beta test with the first batch of invites rolled out. Users on Reddit claim the service already offers users ways to watch music videos and download these for offline use. It also has the ability to continue playing while using other apps.

Google plans to charge $9.99 a month for the service once it is fully released. But for beta testers they have free access to the service for six months before they have to pay $7.99 a month after.
