Toshiba to bring rapid-fire photography to smaller cameras with new microSD cards

Toshiba is looking to help out owners of small mirrorless cameras (or even smartphone users) to shoot faster with new microSD cards. The new storage cards meet UHS-II specs, meaning it matches the performance of fastest full-sized SD cards, and has write speeds that are eight times faster than Toshiba's previous microSD line. It can help users take burst photos easier and even possibly support 4k video recording without hitches. Toshiba has provided 32GB and 64GB samples to different chip and gadget manufacturers to test out.
