Usually available for US $5.00, this mini computer is ideal for teaching students to code as well as for running various flavours of Linux and even playing games. The Pi Zero is the latest in a line of affordable computers that began selling for around $35 in 2012. Hit jump for specs.

We’ve built several tens of thousands of units so far, and are building more, but we expect demand to outstrip supply for the next little while.
