Microsoft is looking for a clean slate with its new browser. Called Microsoft Edge, the new web browser is taking out a lot of the bad stuff that’s clogged up its much maligned Internet Explorer browser. It’s getting rid of its support for ActiveX, VBScript, and compatibility hacks for old IE versions will also be let go.
