Apple has made iOS 9.3 beta 4 available for developers. The latest versions can be used to test iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices ahead of next month's official release. iOS 9.3 beta 4 brings new features like Nigh Shift, which changes the hue of the iOS devices at night to reduce blue hues (in effect reducing stress to eyes and relaxing the brain).

The Notes app also gets the ability to hide specific notes behind password or be accessed via Touch ID with compatible devices. There are also 3D Touch updates for Quick Action shortcuts as well as Settings like battery, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi options.
