San Jose, CA - Fans of the iPad Pro line had much to rejoice for during today's WWDC Keynote where a new 10.5-inch model was announced replacing the 9.7-inch iPad Pro and adding 20% more screen real estate. The new iPad Pros boast the most advanced displays Apple has ever made with a new technology that delivers refresh rates of up to 120Hz for fluid scrolling, greater responsiveness and smoother motion content. With ProMotion, Apple Pencil is even more responsive with an industry-best, 20-millisecond latency for even more fluid and natural drawing.
iPad Pro boasts performance that matches and surpasses many PCs. Apple's provided a 64-bit A10X Fusion chip, a six-core CPU and 12-core GPU that can deliver up to 30 percent faster CPU performance and 40 percent faster graphics performance than the industry-leading A9X chip, while lasting 10 hours on a battery charge.
With the same front and rear cameras as the iPhone 7, the new iPad Pros can shoot and natively edit high resolution 4K video. iOS 11 is bringing a range of pro features specifically to iPad, this includes a new taskbar, drag and drop functionality, a new Files application that adds the versatility of a file system and improved inking and annotation functionality with the Apple Pencil.
Apple has refined iPad Pro's power and capabilities and made it an even better PC replacement that integrates touch, mobile computing and cloud functionality as well as an ecosystem of accessories and apps.

The 10.5-inch iPad Pro comes in silver, space grey, gold and rose gold and starts at $869 (CAD) for the 64GB with Wi-Fi model and $1039 (CAD) for the 64GB Wi-Fi + Cellular model. The 12.9-inch iPad Pro is available in silver, space grey and gold and starts at $1049 (CAD) for the 64GB Wi-Fi model and $1219 (CAD) for the 64GB Wi-Fi + Cellular model.
