Bethesda just answered some important questions about the upcoming release of Fallout 76One of the most important and pertinent questions is how big the beta version of the game will be. The game will be at least 45GB to download and it won’t be available to pre-load. That seems to be sizeable for a beta, or B.E.T.A. as Bethesda calls it, but it must be remembered that this “Break-It Early Test Application” is the full game. It will carry over the players’ progress to the full product release, which will be on November 14th. But console gamers will need to download the official version when it comes out, because you won’t be able to transition from B.E.T.A. to the full game.

Some of the other questions Bethesda answered included the need for players to have PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold accounts. As previously mentioned, B.E.T.A. will be coming out first on the Xbox One on October 23rd, and will come out the week after for PlayStation 4 and PC players.
