We’ve heard about this a few days ago but now Netflix has confirmed that The Umbrella Academy is getting a second season. The main cast—which includes Ellen Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, and Justin Min—are all coming back to reprise their roles. It’ll be a 10 one-hour episode season, but we don’t know yet when the new episodes will drop. However, production will begin this summer. Steve Blackman will be returing as showrunner and executive producer. My Chemical Romance’s Gerard Way, who is the creator of the comic series the show is based on, will be coming back as co-executive producer.
