Perfect for the Periscope and Meerkat generation, the Livestream Movi camera helps add a professional touch to your live stream videos. The camera can stream over Wi-Fi or LTE with the latter pairing with an iOS device. But it does more than just record videos, it promises to give you multi-camera effect in a single device. You can control this all with a companion app, meaning you can highlight various portions of a scene and treat each one as if it’s a separate virtual camera. And yes, you can virtual pan and zoom, too. You can juggle up to nine perspectives simultaneously (up to HD resolution).

The camera itself has a 150-degree wide-angle lens and 4K native resolution. It has digital image stabilization and stereo microphones. But you can also use the microphone on your iOS device as an external audio source via Wi-Fi. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi a/b/g/n and Bluetooth LE 4.0, which you’ll need at initial setup. It has a 16GB microSD card included for local recording and it has a microUSB port as well. It will start shipping in April at US$399 but pre-order customers will get it for $199 in black or white. A Movi Pro version will be available for $649 or $399 for pre-orders and that will come with a Movie Boost compact dock, K&M stand, universal mount, and other accessories.
