
There are a few times each year when I actually look forward to seeing ad campaigns. Significant days like April Fool's Day, Mother's Day, SuperBowl, but it's the holiday season that brings the best of the "pull on my heart strings" kind of campaigns. They serve as a reminder that we are all in this world together and through acts of kindness we can help bring some joy to others.
WestJet is again spreading the holiday spirit in this year's Christmas Miracle. The airline stayed close to home and surprised the families who were affected by the spring forest fires in Fort McMurray. There were 826 people who attended this special gathering in a magical Winter Wonderland and 348 very special parachutes dropped. This is the first Christmas after the devasting lost for the community.
