Google Earth now lets you see how a location changed over time at street level with a new feature. The app is showing historical imagery at Street View as part of the features Google is releasing for the tool's 20th anniversary.
Google Earth already allows you to toggle to Street View while looking at satellite imagery. However, the newest feature shows you images captured over time, which The Verge pointed out is something you can do with Google Maps.
The tech giant also intends to launch a new feature for professional users to access "AI-driven insights" about the planet in the coming weeks. These include data like tree canopy coverage and land surface temperatures.
