Fitbit has finally launched the Charge 5 globally, a month after introducing the new advanced fitness tracker. The fitness accessory retails for $229.95 om Canada. You won't be getting access to the Daily Readiness Score and ECG at launch, though. Fitbit says that it will be available in the coming months.

There are a couple of Fitbit Premium features you can access now. You can access around 30 curated pieces of sleep and stress-reducing Calm content, which is available in seven languages. Those with a Fitbit Sense and Charge 5 can pair these sessions with an on-wrist EDA Scan to see how they affect your heart rate and EDA responses.

The Fitbit Sense and Versa 3 are also getting Snore & Noise Detect features rolling out to their devices. It uses the built-in mic on your smartwatch to analyze the noises in your room. The company wanted to emphasize that it will not use your health and wellness data for any feature other than this or Google ads. "This data is separated from other Google ad data," a press release from the Google-owned company said.
