Apple's 'Time Flies' event on Sept. 15 suggests it's an Apple Watch event

Apple's September event is usually when the company launches its new iPhones. But with Apple confirming in a recent earnings call that it won't ship new iPhones in September, we might see a different fall lineup from the company. With a tagline "Time Flies" set for its September 15 event at 1 pm ET / 10 am PT, it suggests the focus is on a new Apple Watch. Some of the rumoured hardware Apple plans to introduce soon include four new iPhones, Apple Watch Series 6, updated iPad Air, smaller HomePod, and Apple-branded over-ear headphones.

Guilherme Rambo spotted the keywords "Series 6" and "iPad Air" on the YouTube page for the event stream. But terms like iPhone, Apple TV, and WWDC also show up. The Series 6 is expected to add blood oxygen monitoring, improve sleep tracking, and get a faster processor.

New LG Wing leaked video shows swivelling display in action

We're days away from the launch of the LG Wing, so the rumour mill keeps churning. The latest leak shows how the swivelling screen works, an unusual shape we haven't seen other smartphone makers do. And the phone itself doesn't look that thick. The Wing is expected to be priced around US$1,000, but will the price be worth it even though it's rumoured to forego some flagship specs.

We're curious about the use cases for this handset. But as GSMArena pointed out, we aren't sure how many third-party developers will fully support this experimental dual display solution. We're going to find out more about the LG Wing on Monday, September 14.
