Polar Ignite 3 monitors your circadian rhythm to help optimize your health

Polar has a new smartwatch with a unique feature. The Ignite 3 has new sleep analysis tools designed to balance your training with your circadian rhythm. It claims to point out what specific times in the day will you be most alert. It has an in-depth sleep analysis feature called SleepWise. It can forecast when you're most alert and recommend the best time to train or be productive. It can also estimate when you're ready to sleep at night.

It also has a new Nightly Recharge feature that monitors overnight recovery and how well your body copes with the stressors in your day. You'll see the data when you get up in the morning.

Waze shares tips for navigating through busy November events

Many things are happening this month, which is both exciting but also makes it a bit tough to get around. Bad Bunny announced as Apple Music’s Artist of the Year

Global recording artist BAD BUNNY was announced this week as Apple Music's Artist of the Year. He released Un Verano Sin Ti, this past May--the artist’s sixth project in four years and Apple Music’s most streamed album of 2022. It's also now the biggest Latin album of all time. Canadian staff also hit by Meta's layoffs

The long-rumoured Meta layoff has happened, and several Canadian employees of the company were included. We don't have a specific number of how many were affected, but 11,000 people from the company were laid off globally. Meta announced this 13% workforce cut in hopes to become "leaner and more efficient." 

Canadian staff members in Meta's communications, client relations, human resources, and creative partnerships were among those who posted about their layoffs on LinkedIn. The cuts were a result of a miscalculation on the growth of e-commerce, which many tech companies have made. The initial surge during the pandemic had CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his team making growth predictions that didn't pan out.
