How to speed up typing on Xbox 360?

Q:I’m a big fan of my XBox 360, and I’m always find new stuff to play with. I have recently come across the fact that I can access Twitter from my Xbox, but as you can imagine, typing with the controller is pretty tedious. Is there any way I can speed that up?

A:It’s great to see the XBox ecosystem develop and as time goes by, more and more functionality becoming available.
