Fitbit OS 5.2 update brings SpO2 tracking to Sense, Versa 3

An upcoming update coming to the Fitbit Sense and Versa 3 will bring new valuable features to the wearables. Fitbit OS 5.2 will introduce SpO2 tracking on-wrist, where you'll also see your nightly average SpO2 and range from your previous night's sleep on your Fitbit. The update will also bring high and low heart rate notifications to the Versa 3. The feature was initially only available on the Fitbit Sense. 

The update will also bring an on-device clock face switcher, so you can swap out your clock face without leaving the main screen. There will be two new goal celebrations coming to all smartwatches to help motivate you to reach your goals. And notifications will support Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, and Thai characters. Fitbit releases special edition Minions version of the Ace 3

After introducing the Fitbit Ace 3 for kids, the company releases a unique Minions version of the activity and sleep tracker. The Fitbit Ace 3 Special Edition: Minions is its first wearable to bring the loveable characters to kids' wrists. Made for children ages six and up, it comes with an exclusive, engraved accessory band in Minions Yellow. But you can also get Minions-themed bands in Despicable Blue and Mischief Black.

This wearable has a new animated clock face exclusive for Ace 3 devices. It turns your kid into the Minion's latest "boss" as these characters motivate them to achieve their goals. Three new Minions-themed activity badges are coming to all Fitbit users for different step milestones. These badges will feature three of the most famous Minions: Kevin, Stuart, and Bob. The Fitbit Ace 3 Special Edition: Minions retails for CAD 99.95.

'Watch Dogs: Legion' to get a zombie mode

Ubisoft is releasing an update for Watch Dogs: Legion that will have you and up to three teammates working to reach an extraction point while trying to take down zombies. In Watch Dogs: Legion of the Dead, you can take down zombies not just with a headshot but with gadgets and hacked objects like cars and weaponized drones. It's possible to revive teammates when they get knocked down by zombies. You will also need to collect supply packages as you make your way through London. This mode is currently only available for the PC, and it's currently in alpha so expect to run into some bugs and big changes to happen.

UPDATE: Microsoft clarifies that the Xbox doesn't have exclusivity of Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos on consoles

If you want access to Dolby Vision or Dolby Atmos on your gaming console of choice, then you better have a Microsoft Xbox. The company has exclusive rights to both technologies for two years. Since November's launch, the Xbox Series X/S systems have supported Dolby Atmos 3D audio, while the Xbox One has had it since 2017. If you want access to Dolby Atmos on Xbox consoles or PCs, you'll need to purchase a USD 15 license. But if you have the new Xbox Wireless Headset, you have access to Atmos at no extra cost until the end of September.
