Aside from sharing more details about Resident Evil Village, Capcom also unveiled its new online multiplayer game that pits some of its most iconic characters against each other. Resident Evil Re:Verse will bring back characters like Leon Kennedy and Jill Valentine in four to six player deathmatches. Those who buy Village will get this game for free.

Resident Evil Village will be arriving on May 7, and it will be available on several platforms. It was initially announced to come to the Xbox Series X, Series S, PlayStation 5, and PC, but during Capcom's Resident Evil showcase, the game developer announced it was coming to the Xbox One and PS4, too.
PS4 customers will get free access to the title in their PS5 digital libraries, and through Xbox Smart Delivery, Xbox players will also get an optimized version of the game for the Xbox Series X and S.
