Mixyourwatch.com allows you to mix and match Apple Watch and strap combinations

While the availablity of Apple Watch is around the corner, there's still a lot of information we don't know about Apple's wearable. For example, what specific cases will look like with bands that are designed for other editions. The folks at Mixyourwatch.com have created a way to visualize various cases and bands. There's nothing like trying on an Apple Watch in store, but this service at least helps users get an idea of how their choices will look.

Review: Intocircuit 2nd Gen Power Castle 15000mAh portable charger

Text and photos by Simon Cohen

The Intocircuit Power Bank has enough capacity to recharge an iPhone 6 just over 8 times, or a GoPro Hero 4 just over 12 times. Heck, you could even extend the operational life of your iPad Air 2 by another 20 hours or so, assuming you started with a full charge.

Power! Need MOAR Power! It sounds silly, but the reality is, with all of the digital devices we tote around with us every day, running low on power has become a fairly constant concern for a lot of us. Especially frequent travellers who find themselves far from handy wall outlets for the better part of their day.

These road warriors are already familiar with the endless parade of smartphone power packs that are typically integrated into some kind of hard-shell phone case, with Mophie being the most well-known brand (at least for iPhone owners). These so-called “backpack” batteries are fine if all you need is to make your phone last a little longer. But what about your other gadgets?

Buyers of Apple Watch Edition will reportedly get first-class treatment

If you’re willing to shell out US$10,000 for an Apple Watch, then there seems to be some perks waiting for you. According to 9to5Mac sources, those buying the gold Apple Watch Edition will get to jump the queue at stores and spend an hour trying out the watch in a private area with an expert staff member. Aside from that, you’ll also get two-year access to a dedicated Edition phone support line that works 24/7.

Now, if you opt for the stainless steel Watch, you get the option to have a “virtual personal setup” that will also have an Apple Store staff member guiding you through the smartwatch’s setup via video chat. If you get the Watch Sport, unfortunately, you’ll get the same assistance you would for an iPhone.

HTC One E9+ gets leaked in China

HTC doesn’t seem to be too good at keeping its devices under wraps. This time around its new One E9+ phablet shows up on the company’s Chinese site without a big launch. When compared with the flagship One M9, this one sheds the metal body for a half plastic, half metal casing at 7.499mm thick. It switches up the curved back for a flat design. And it has a 5.5-nch Quad HD screen with 534ppi, making it the sharpest display from the company.

It reportedly sports a 64-bit MediaTek MT6795M octa-core 2GHz processor, 16GB internal storage that is expandable via microSD up to 128GB, 3GB of RAM, dual nano SIM slots, and 2,800mAh battery. It also sports a 20-megapixel rear camera. Of course, you can expect it to have UltraPixel camera, BoomSound stereo speakers, and 802.11ac Wi-Fi and multi-mode LTE for data and voice connections. Since this was a leak, there isn’t a word yet about pricing and release date. Hopefully, we hear from HTC soon.
