'Vampire Survivors' to get an animated TV series

The newest game to potentially get an animated television series is the casual indie game Vampires Survivors. This pick-up-and-play game features 2D character sprites. If you're unfamiliar with the game, this is how it's described: "The year 2021, Rural Italy, there lived an evil person named Bisconte Draculó, whose many evil magics created a bad world filled with famine and suffering. It’s now up to the members of the Belpaese family to end his reign of terror and return good food to the table." The gameplay revolves around controlling an auto-firing character's movement and loadout as you blast away the enemies.

As for this potential series, media company Story Kitchen will collaborate with the game's creator, Luca Galante (the founder of developer poncle), to make the series. Story Kitchen is headed by Dmitri Johnson, the co-producer of the Sonic the Hedgehog movies. They're currently looking for a writer for the show.

'Black Mirror' is coming back in June for its 'most unpredictable season yet'

Black Mirror is returning after a three-year hiatus with what it claims to be its "most unpredictable season yet." Series creator Charlie Brooker claimed that Black Mirror's new season would tackle tropes he "previously sworn blind the show would never do."

The sixth season of the show draws in another star-studded lineup, including Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad), Annie Murphy (Schitt’s Creek), Ben Barnes (Shadow and Bone), Himesh Patel (Station Eleven), Josh Hartnett (Black Hawk Down), Kate Mara (House of Cards), Rory Culkin (Columbus), and Salma Hayek Pinault (Frida), among many others.

Telegram now lets you share chat folders via link

Aside from introducing custom wallpapers, it's now easier to share chat folders on Telegram. The app lets you invite friends and colleagues to work groups, news channels, and more using a link. With one tap, they can access a chat folder and instantly join all the chats.  

When creating a link, you can select the chats you'd like to include and give them a unique name to match. You can include any public chats or those where you have admin rights to add people. If you add more chats to your folder and update the links, the members will see a suggestion to join the new chats. If you haven't created a folder before, you can open Settings > Chat Folders.

Telegram now lets you use custom wallpapers

You can now use your favourite photos or colour combinations as custom wallpapers on your Telegram chats. When you set the wallpaper, a prompt will be sent in the chat that lets your chat partner use the same wallpaper, or they can opt to choose one on their own.

To set a custom wallpaper, tap  > 'Set Wallpaper' in the chat header on Android or open a profile and tap  > 'Change Wallpaper' on iOS.
