Small but mighty: Hyper iUSBport Mini

Sanho Corporation introduces its most compact iUSB device yet—the Hyper iUSBport Mini. While it’s diminutive in size, it functions much like the original iUSBport. It connects to any USB storage device and wirelessly allows access of the contents to iOS, Android, or other Wi-Fi-enabled devices. You can share up to three different 1080p movies to three different devices or stream music and photos and perform 2-way transfer with up to eight different users.

Priced at $89.95, the Hyper iUSBport Mini also features a MicroSDXC slot, USB host port, and built-in wireless router.

Samsung confirms "Galaxy Gear" to be announced Sept. 4th

One of the worst kept secrets in technology, as of recent, has been that Samsung wants to venture into the world of 'wearable technology' with what was purported to be the "Galaxy Gear" line of devices. Well, it turns out Samsung is so excited to launch the line, that their own can't even keep it a secret anymore. In an interview with Korea Times, Lee Young-hee, Samsung’s EVP of mobile business, stated:

"We will be introducing a new wearable device concept called Galaxy Gear at our own event in Berlin on Sept. 4. The new device will enhance and enrich the current smart mobile experience in many ways. It will lead a new trend in smart mobile communications.”

The Galaxy "Gear" will be targeted specifically at young "on the go" professionals and will be available in a plethora of colors. Features of the watch include: 2.5-inch OLED full colour display (320 x 320 resolution), touchscreen gestures and accelerometer, dual-core 1.5GHz Exynos 4212 processor, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC.

Note that the image above is just a depiction of what the device will look like, not final product. Samsung has also stated that the "Gear" watch will not have a flexible display.

Sony launches new NEX-5T Camera with Wi-Fi, NFC and Fast Hybrid AF

Sony is 2013's standout camera manufacturer. They've already hit high marks with some stunning high end point-and shoot cameras including the sublime RX100 MK II and the RX1r  compact full-frame cameras. Now they're securing their NEX-5T camera which mates a large, high-resolution 16.1 effective megapixel Exmor APS HD CMOS sensor with the latest WiFi, NFC and Fast Hybrid Auto focus in a compact size.

Leaked image and specs of Nokia Sirius Windows RT tablet

Looks like we might be getting a Nokia Windows tablet in the very near future. The Verge revealed leaked image and specs of a 10.1-inch Nokia Windows RT tablet that is supposedly going to look like Nokia’s Lumia Windows Phone devices.

Codenamed Sirius, it’s going to be thinner than the latest iPad and weigh just over a pound. It will have a 6-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front cam, 1920 x 1080 resolution, memory expansion via microSD, and is said to run on Qualcomm’s quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB RAM. Nokia wants it to have a 10 hour battery life and LTE connectivity. The tablet is set to be unveiled on September 26 at an event in New York.
