Tablet manufacturers make a lot of noise about how cool it is to draw, sketch and create on digital tablets which are 'just like paper'. The problem is that most tablets don't come with the required digitizer and stylus technology to enable accurate artistic creation.

Some that offer styli sadly enable them to be used only on proprietary software which is okay for basic sketching but won't get real artists excited because they wont work with third party apps.  Here's where the Sensu Brush might be a game changer.

Video: What a budget iPhone could look like

A detailed rendering of what a budget iPhone could look like has been put together by Techdy. While the words "iPhone" and "budget" don't seem to fit together in most people's minds, various analysts and pundits are saying that a cheaper iPhone is what Apple needs to combat the Android horde, specially in emerging markets where it is considered a premium (i.e. unaffordable) luxury item.  Apple has never been the company to offer cheaper versions of the iPhone, it has continued to sell two-year old models at a reduced price, but maybe Dylan's right and the times they are a-changing.

Crushing It: Candy Crush reportedly makes $633,000 a day

There hasn't been as big an IT mobile game since Angry Birds a few years ago but Candy Crush is reportedly making $633,000 a day and could bring in up to $230,000 a year if it maintains its momentum. This is remarkable for what many consider to be a Bejeweled kock-off. The freemium version of the app is the no. 1 grossing app right now and an example of how one app can hit the big time. Apple celebrates App Store anniversary with free apps

As we get closer to the fifth year anniversary of Apple's App Store this week, a number of premium apps are being given away for free.

These include, but are not limited to, Tiny Wings HD, Traktor DJ (a $20 value!), Superbrothers: Sword and Sorcery EP, Where's my Water, as well as superb Infinity Blade II (usually $7 value!). The generosity is expected to continue this coming week as we get closer to the big day. Let us know if you see any more notable freebies at the app store.
