Check out the new trailer of 'The Dark Pictures: The Devil In Me'

Supermassive Games has just released a new trailer for the fourth and latest entry to its The Dark Pictures Anthology at Gamescom 2022. The anthology is comprised of interactive standalone titles that take on different horror tropes and subgenres. The Devil In Me focuses on serial killers. It revolves around a group of documentary filmmakers who get invited to visit a replica of the Murder Castle, a hotel in Chicago where H. H. Holmes tortured and killed victims.

This game is playable solo, with up to four other people in its pass-the-pad offline mode, or online with a friend. The Devil in Me will be available beginning November 18. It won't be a PlayStation-exclusive this time. You can get it for the Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, and PC.

Netflix experiments with gamertags for its games

Source: The Verge

Netflix is trying out gamertag-style handles that users can use to create and publicly display while playing its mobile games. These usernames are public-facing and should make it easier to identify other players, see where they rank on leaderboards and even invite other players to play games based on their handles.

As with other public-facing usernames on gaming platforms, Netflix will check if the username you've created is unique. The company started to roll out game handles for select titles last month, including Into the BreachBowling BallersHeads Up!, and Mahjong Solitaire. But it's unclear when it'll come to more titles.
