This is what we know so far about the OnePlus Pad

Source: OnePlus

The first OnePlus Pad is arriving soon, so the company deemed it alright to start talking about its tablet now. It packs in some decent specs that it might be considered a worthy buy, but we'd have to find out what the price point is first to make that statement true. It gets an 11.6-inch display with an unusual 7:5 aspect ratio paired with a speedy 144Hz refresh rate. It might be easier to grip with its "2.5D" edge and a central camera hump that you'll less likely cover with your fingers. For entertainment lovers, this tablet gets Dolby Atmos audio.

OnePlus Buds Pro 2 debuts with Android 13's official spatial audio

Aside from launching its new phone, OnePlus also showed off its new OnePlus Buds Pro 2. Off the bat, its unique feature is it's the first pair of earbuds to support Android 13's official spatial audio feature. This implementation is compatible with content from services like Disney+ and YouTube videos. If you have the OnePlus 11, you can expect Dolby Atmos support with head tracking.

OnePlus promises studio-like sound with dual drivers that include an 11mm woofer and 6mm tweeter and are co-developed with Dynaudio. It also supports LHDC 4.0 Bluetooth, which it promises is close to wired fidelity. If the typical equalizers aren't to your liking, composer Hans Zimmer created his EQ for these buds. Soundscape emphasizes brighter tones and wider soundstages of movie soundtracks, so if you're a big fan of that, you may like this.

OnePlus 11 debuts with a sub-CA$1K starting price

OnePlus latest attempt at a flagship killer has officially debuted in the international market. The OnePlus 11 comes to Canada with a $999 price tag for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model and $1,149 for the 16GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. There's no storage expansion here, so if you need that extra space, you'll have to get the more expensive option. OnePlus pairs that with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor with Android 13-based OxygenOS 13, which we're happy to report is getting four years of software updates instead of the abysmal two in the past.

It gets a reasonably sized 5,000mAh battery that you can top up in just 25 minutes with its 100W SuperVOOC charging support. You can only hit those speeds with the included charging brick and USB-A to USB-C cable. OnePlus takes an unusual approach of not including a USB-C to USB-C cable. But the company reasons that users will bring the cable and the power brick around and the USB-A to USB-C interface is more useful (at least for now) for charging. Unfortunately, there's no wireless charging here, either.
