Slack update takes advantage of Windows 10 notification center

Slack is making use of some of Windows 10 features with its latest update. The communication and productivity tool's version 1.2.0 now displays notifications in the desktop OS's Action Center. When you click or tap on link, it'll redirect you to the said conversation within the app.The app also gets a new icon for Windows 10 as well as a colour-coded notification icon in the tray. It isn't a Windows 10 universal app yet. Hopefully, they make it that way soon.

Leaked press renders of the upcoming Sony Xperia Z5 surfaces

We're a week away from IFA 2015 in Berlin and the leaks have started to show. Sony's upcoming flagship, the Xperia Z5, gets leaked ahead of the big tech event. Sony teased the device on social media before. But this leaked press render shows us a clearer shot of slightly rounded edges. It'll also reportedly sport a 23-megapixel camera. The other previously speculated features of the phone include it running on Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 and packing in 4GB of RAM, a 4K display, and fingerprint scanner. It will also supposedly be a "Made for Bond" device, meaning it'll be tied to the upcoming James Bond film.

Moto 360 no longer available for sale online, hints at new model coming

There have been many hints and leaks at a new line of Moto 360-type smartwatch from Motorola. The US company online store for Moto 360 is still up, but upon clicking on the option to 'Build Yours," the page leads to a support page. This means that Motorola has managed to clear stock of the round Android Wear device (which has been heavily discounted in the previous months) and is now priming to reveal the latest models and replacements.

What we've heard is that the new Moto 360 is still round, it will come in two-sizes, have a smaller overall size and improved functionality while offering a much easier way to replace straps and accessories.
