Parallels Survey of IT Pros reveals almost 1/2 of businesses offer employees Macs

Parallels (www.parallels.com/enterprise), a global leader in cross-platform solutions, just announced results of a commissioned survey of 200 IT professionals about adoption of Macs in the enterprise. Results revealed that almost half of businesses (45 percent) currently offer their employees Macs, as well as other interesting data points about attitudes of IT decision makers toward Macs.

Motorola to reportedly offer 7 bands for Moto 360

If you thought metal and light brown leather seems too limited a choice for your Moto 360, it would seem Motorola plans to release seven different bands for the smartwatch. Android Police was able to get a screenshot of the Moto 360 product page before it was pulled down and they saw seven bands for it. There seems to be a green or light tan variant coming out. We’ll keep you posted on any updates about this.

Twitter and Billboard partner to share trending tracks

After killing its #Music service, Twitter is taking another stab at its music strategy by announcing a partnership with music news magazine Billboard. The companies have introduced a Billboard Twitter Real-Time Chart, meant to monitor music conversation in the U.S. and create a “social soundtrack” of popular music trends. The chart will also be put up on Billboard.com so users can see the conversation happening on Twitter. You can follow @Billboard and @TwitterMusic to get regular updates on trending songs and popular artists as well.
