DC Legends adds new content just in time for Wonder Woman's blockbuster film release

Just in time for Wonder Woman’s cinematic release tomorrow, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today announced that DC Legends, the free-to-play strategy RPG mobile game featuring DC’s iconic Super Heroes and Super-Villains, is adding new content based on the highly anticipated blockbuster film from Warner Bros. Pictures.

In an update worthy of the Daughter of Zeus, the new content includes Wonder Woman: Defender of Justice, a theatrical character variation based on the likeness of the film’s star, Gal Gadot, along with a full month of features focusing on the Amazonian princess.

Apple developers have earned over $70 Billion since 2008

Apple today announced that its global developer community has earned over $70 billion USD since the App Store launched in 2008. The App Store is home to the most innovative apps in the world and in the past 12 months alone, downloads have grown over 70 per cent.

"People everywhere love apps and our customers are downloading them in record numbers," said Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing. “Seventy billion dollars earned by developers is simply mind-blowing. We are amazed at all of the great new apps our developers create and can’t wait to see them again next week at our Worldwide Developers Conference.”

Games make up the most popular types of apps on the App Store with 25% of the total, followed by business, education, lifestyle and entertainment.

Nintendo brings Splatoon 2 and Arms tournaments to E3 and here are all the details

Over the course of 2 days, pros and amateurs will compete for glory in the Splatoon 2 and ARMS games on the Nintendo Switch console at this year's E3 video game trade show in Los Angeles on June 13 and June 14. 

The 2017 Splatoon 2 World Inkling Invitational will be held on Tuesday, June 13 at approximately 2:30 pm (PT). For the first time ever, competitors from four different global regions will compete for world dominance in Splatoon 2. The four four-person teams – “Deadbeat” from the United States, “Dynameu” from Japan, “Rising Moon” from Europe and “Blue Ringed Octolings” from Australia/New Zealand – defeated their rivals in local tournaments that occurred in recent months.

Google Allo will let you create custom GIFs as a reply

It’s something that Giphy Cam does but now baked into Google’s Allo messenger. The chat app will let you record selfie clips that come out as looped GIFs to show a more personalized reply to a message. The update, according to Allo’s Head of Product Amit Fulay, is now available to all users. So if you love GIFs, now’s a good time to download Allo.
