Yahoo brings video app install ads to developers 

Developers looking to market their apps to their target audiences are going to get some help from Yahoo. The company is introducing Yahoo Gemini video app install ads, which can be used to promote apps across different Yahoo properties and apps. Earth Day takes centre stage at Apple.ca and Retail Stores

Apple has increasingly put its focus on the environment and improving the various ways it impact's the earth through a number of initiatives ranging from renewable energy in its data centres to reducing the use of non-biodegradable and poisonous materials in its products.

As part of Earth Day, many Apple Retail Stores will focus on this with themed t-shirts for associates as well as prominent Earth Day green treatments of the Apple Logo. Apple is showing that with great power and influence, comes the need for greater consciousness and an applied commitment to improving the world's environment

HP unveils new line of Pavilion and Envy notebooks in time for back-to-school

Customers told us that they wanted more color choices, more hardware options and better battery life in our Pavilion notebooks and x360 convertible PCs,

 Mike Nash, vice president, portfolio strategy and customer experience, Personal Systems, HP.

HP's revitalized their notebook offerings and added some new models to their Pavilion and Envy lines. These new platforms offer more processor, graphics and display options while continuing to deliver great value to the customer.

LG unveils G Stylo smartphone that supports 2TB of storage

It might be getting ridiculous how much data we can store in our smartphones. But sometimes you can’t get too much storage. LG is out to prove that with the G Stylo, a handset that supports up to 2TB of expandable storage. This phone has a 5.7-inch HD 720p display, runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, and has 1.5GB of RAM. It comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop and has 8GB of default storage. The G Stylo also has an 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera.

The device was launched in South Korea and will be available starting May 5 and costs around US$370. It’s said the device will also be available in the international market at a later date.
