Dark Sky brings weather forecasts to your Apple Watch

If you want to be warned of upcoming rain, a new Apple Watch app will tap on your wrist ahead of time. Dark Sky, which will be available when Apple’s smartwatch comes out next month, is an app that focuses on hyperlocal short-term predictions (for example, incoming rain in 15 minutes). It will notify of these weather condition changes with things like a little chime and tap on the wrist. You will also get an overview of the current weather conditions and extended forecasts. The app will be free for those who already have the US$3.99 iOS app.
