Chromium code review reportedly shows Nexus 6 and 8

Rumours have been swirling that we’re seeing the end of the Nexus line but until that is confirmed other reports claim new Nexus devices are on its way in the coming months. Android Headlines cites Dutch website SmartDroid.de on a report that there will be a new Nexus 8 and Nexus 6. These devices reportedly showed up on a Chromium code review.

The Nexus 8 has long been reported to be an 8.9-inch tablet made by HTC. It is expected to make its debut at the upcoming Google I/O or a bit after that. Meanwhile, the Nexus 6 is a new device to make its rounds in the rumour mill. This doesn’t mean that this will be a 6-inch device from Google and its chosen manufacturer or it could be. But perhaps it will carry the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor and 3GB of RAM. We will keep you posted to confirm or debunk these rumours when we hear more.

Xbox One without Kinect to cost $399

Microsoft has announced that starting  on June 9th, in all markets where the Xbox One is sold, Microsoft will introduce an Xbox One priced at $399. Possibly a reaction to user demand.
Also arriving in June, many of your favourite apps will now be available across Xbox devices without an Xbox Live subscription. This includes apps and services like Netflix, Machinima, Twitch, Upload, GoPro, HBO and many more.

Also launching in June for Xbox One, Deals with Gold will offer discounts on some of great titles for the Xbox One with significant savings for Xbox Live Gold members. The first titles include “Forza Motorsport 5” and “Ryse: Sone of Rome.”
