Nokia releases cryptic teaser for Windows Phone announcement

Nokia has just released a new teaser on its US YouTube account. Hardly anything was given away in the 15-second video. The Verge says the teaser might be in preparation of a Lumia Icon device coming out for Verizon. It is supposedly the 5-inch version of the 6-inch Lumia 1520, complete with 1080p display, 2.2GHz quad-core processor, and 20-megapixel camera.

Nokia is also said to release its Treasure Tag Bluetooth accessory, a proximity sensor accessory meant to help you track items with your phone. The Treasure Tag is intended to pair with your device via NFC to help locate missing items.

Yahoo! rumoured to partner with Yelp to improve local business data on search engine

Yahoo! is looking to improve local business information on its search engine so they are reportedly tapping Yelp to help achieve that goal. The Next Web reports the collaboration between Yahoo! and Yelp has been announced internally with plans to debut the feature soon. Yahoo! CEO Marissa Mayer is said to have been interested in Yelp for a while and even tried to acquire the company back when she was at Google.

Flappy Bird App to go extinct as developer aims to take it down

Highly addictive and constantly at the top of the iOS App Store as well as Google Play, Flappy Bird might get taken down by its owner and developer because it is getting too much attention. Explaining that the surge in popularity of the app has led to unwanted attention,  developer Dong Nguyen has gone on Twitter and said he wants to take the game down from the app store. "Give me peace," Nguyen stated, pointing out that the press has been giving the app too much attention. Nguyen plans to focus on other games and isn't interested in the future of Flappy Bird.

There is a sense that art is accessible, playful and luxurious all at the same time.
