'Dead Space' skin on 'Fortnite' out with Isaac Clarke, exclusive in-game challenges

Source: Epic Games

Fortnite brings more Gaming Legends into the game. And this time, it celebrates the remake of the original Dead Space game with Isaac Clarke introduced into the Fortnite island. Unlike your typical collaboration sets, you'll need to pay US$12 (around CA$16) for the Dead Space bundle. But that gets you the Isaac Clarke skin, two reactive back blings (including his iconic RIG that shows your health meter and a model of the USG Ishimura), a Plasma Cutter pickaxe, and some V-Bucks, too.

The Cutter comes with an emote that you can use to conjure the weapon in the middle of a battle even if you have a different pickaxe equipped. It works similarly to the emotes for Doctor Strange's magic sword or Wolverine's claws. This bundle also gives you the Strange Transmissions quests, which can grant you a total of 1,500 V-Bucks if you complete a few days worth of daily bonus goals.

Razer Kishi V2 now works with touchscreen-only games on Android

Source: Razer

The latest firmware update for Razer's Kishi V2 mobile gaming controller and the Razer Nexus app allows it to support games that were previously touchscreen-only on Android (like Genshin Impact and Marvel Snap). You can access the new feature through the free Nexus app, which lets you remap controller inputs to touchscreen control. The Razer Nexus app is also a centralized hub to launch games and stream them on platforms like Facebook Live or YouTube.

There's no concrete launch window for a rollout to iOS, but the Virtual Controller Mode is coming to the Razer Edge tablet controller sometime in Q1 2023.

Microsoft to stop selling Windows 10 downloads this January

Source: Microsoft

As Microsoft prepares to discontinue Windows 10 in October 2025, the company is halting the sales of downloads for Windows 10 Home and Pro by January 31. Support for the operating system will continue until the planned discontinuation in two years. But it might be possible to get Windows 10 through other retailers or OEMs. Windows 10 was first launched in 2015, which means it'll be discontinued exactly 10 years later.
