Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5 Public Beta now available

 

Adobe today announced the availability of Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5 beta for Windows and Mac. Adobe Lightroom is the essential photography workflow application allowing photography enthusiasts and professionals to enhance, organize and share photos. The Lightroom 5 beta offers a free, public preview of new features and tools that will be offered in the final release, expected later this year.

Google Nexus 4 Coming to TELUS on April 19

TELUS will be offering the Google Nexus 4 starting on April 19th. This is the Pure Google flagship smartphone made by LG for Google and featuring the newest version of the Jelly Bean Android OS plus guarantee that new versions of said OS will come to this device. Available unlocked for $309 at the Google Play Store, it isn't yet known how much TELUS will price the device or whether their variant will be able to access 4G-LTE. The Nexus 4 is based on the LG Optimus G and while the 4G-LTE radio exists, it was rendered useless by Google.

Google Glass specs revealed

The $1,500 Explorer Edition of Google Glass, the new interactive eyewear computer from Google has started to ship to developers who pre-ordered the devices. Google Glass will interface vis Bluetooth with any mobile phone, it features a 5 megapixel camera, the screen will have a resolution of 640x360px and will be similar to looking at a 25-inch HDTV from eight feet away. Battery life is supposed to be good for a full-day's use and there's 12GB of usable storage space as well as Google Drive connectivity. Where's the headphones? Well, there arent any. Using an innovative bone conduction transceiver, users will get audio beamed directly into their inner ear via their skull. The age of the Cyborg has finally begun.
