Acer kicks the door open with $499 Windows 8 convertible tablets

Acer America announced that the Acer Iconia W510 tablet PC featuring Windows 8 will be available for the U.S. and Canadian markets this November starting at $499. The new tablet PC features a sleek convertible design that can be used in three different modes to make computing more natural and intuitive. LG may be maker of next Google Nexus smartphone

HTC and Samsung each did it twice. The former with the initial Google T-Mobile G1 smartphone and later on the Nexus One and then Samsung took over with the Nexus S followed by the Galaxy Nexus. Now it seems that LG has been tagged to deliver the next Google flagship device slated for November release.
