Chrome for Android Beta brings the best web browser to mobile

They really didn't have to, but we're glad they did. Google has just announced Chrome for Android smartphones and tablets. It is only available for  'Ice Cream Sandwich' enabled devices (less than 1% of Androids out there) but this is still a promising development.

Nikon's new D800 DSLR boasts 36.3 megapixel sensor

 

 Nikon just released the D800 FX-format digital SLR camera. The D800 offers the world's highest* effective pixel count of 36.3-million pixels, and is equipped with the new EXPEED 3 image-processing engine and a 91K-pixel (approximately 91,000 pixels) RGB sensor for overwhelming definition and image quality. The D800 body is expected to sell for US $3,000.

Review: Samsung Galaxy Note 16GB (Rogers)

When I first heard about the Samsung Galaxy Note, I found the idea intriguing. Here was a jumbo-sized smartphone with all the benefits of dual-core processors, an eight-megapixel camera capable of 1080p HD video recording with the added convenience of a large, vivid screen.
