Sony's Tablet S models get discounted for the holidays

Sony has reduced the price of their Tablet S Android tablets for the holidays. The 16GB model is now $399 and the 32GB model is $499. Aside from running the latest version of Android Honeycomb, the Tablet S, which we reviewed here, also doubles as an all powerful universal remote.

Batman Arkham City Lockdown (5.99) for the iPad and the iPhone is very similar to Infinity Blade except that you are playing as Batman and there aren't any swords involved. Using the same Unreal engine, stunning graphics and the mood and characters from the Dark Knight's mythology, we found it one of the most engaging games on the iPad and to a lesser extent, the iPhone 4.

The Apple Beat: First gen iPod Nanos replaced with latest model, Apple wins infringement case against HTC

Apple recalled its first generation clickwheel iPod nanos around a month ago due to battery overheating issues. It seems that they are running out of replacement refurb or new units so they are instead shipping users in the program the latest touch-enabled version of the iPod Nano.
