Motoring: Scion Canada confirms 40 more dealerships by next Spring

They're cute, quirky and targeted to the youth market but we're pretty sure a lot of people are going to be wanting a Scion and now they'll have more places to get them. Scion confirmed plans to expand its presence in Canada in 2011 with the rollout of 40 Phase II dealers in 30 more markets across Canada next spring.

Adobe Air's big play for desktops, tablets and mobile PC's

Adobe is looking beyond the PC as it releases the next revision of Adobe Air, how will the world react?  Adobe Systems Incorporated just  announced Adobe AIR 2.5 software for televisions, tablets, smartphones and desktop operating systems. A key element of the Adobe Flash Platform, AIR enables developers to leverage existing code to create and deliver standalone applications across devices and platforms.

Facebook apps caught farming user information

A recent investigation by the Wall Street Journal revealed that all ten of the most popular apps on Facebook have been leaking Facebook user’s ID numbers (UID’s) to outside advertising and data collection firms. Moreover, three of these top apps, including the hugely successful Farmville, which has 80 million users, are potentially sharing information about users and their friends.
