Square Enix to bring 'Outriders' to Stadia on Apr. 1

In an unusual yet welcomed move, Square Enix will release its upcoming action RPG-shooter on Google Stadia at the same time as it is released on other platforms. Outriders will hit the game streaming service alongside the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on April 1. And we can confidently say it is not an April Fool's joke.

We aren't sure why developer People Can Fly and Square Enix changed their minds, but we're happy for Stadia users who'll get to play the game on the platform as soon as it launches on other devices. Stadia typically gets games a few months after they are released on other platforms. It's also good news for Google as it gives them parity with its rivals, especially since it closed its first-party studios.

Microsoft Surface Duo might not get Android 11 until 'mid-year' 2021

Owners of the Microsoft Surface Duo have a bit of a wait until the middle of the year for its Android 11 upgrade, at least according to recent rumours. This late update will mean the foldable device might update this version of the operating system as its next version (Android 12) will come out.

German outlet Dr. Windows said in a new report that Microsoft USA suggested a summer release for the OS upgrade. The timeline aligns with Windows Central's story of a "mid-year" release for Surface Duo's upgrade. And since the foldable gadget is coming to Canada this week, we will join the wait for this OS update.

TikTok's Live Replay feature lets creators rewatch, download their live streams

A new TikTok feature can be beneficial for creators who want to improve live streams. Spotted by Andreas Sandre on Twitter, the platform gets a Live Replay feature that allows creators to replay their live streams and download these videos within 90 days of its first airing.

We aren't sure if this feature is widely released to its users. But what it is good for is to help creators look back at great moments and reflect on mistakes and areas to improve on. And since you can download the clip, there's also room to use those videos for other content you produce. The Live Replay menu is accessible through the Settings and Privacy tab.
