It might take a month or two before the social audio app Clubhouse makes its way to Android. During a weekly Townhall event on Sunday, the company's co-founder Paul Davison said Clubhouse is working "really hard" to bring the app to Android, but it might take a "couple of months" to make that happen. This is the closest we're getting to a time frame for the app's release on Android, as previous statements from the company were vague.

Davison explained that Clubhouse's approach to scaling to a larger market, much like the Android ecosystem, requires a slower place. He noted how the discovery experience inside the app can be negatively impacted by its growth. He said that users today are finding more foreign language groups in their feeds while having a hard time looking for friends or the "best content."
