Nokia's Lumia 830 comes to Rogers on October 9th for $400 contract free

Microsoft previews Windows 10, hopes you'll forget all about Windows 8.1

Microsoft is skipping a number and hoping that many will join them in forgetting Windows 8 and go straight to considering Windows 10.
