BlackBerry outlines what makes the Passport so different

The BlackBerry Passport is the most unusual smartphone design we've seen in a while and it brings a unique phablet-sized QWERTY keyboard experience to the marketplace that's apparently designed for enterprise. BlackBerry has taken to their blog to outline some of the thinking that went behind the device as well as show what it looks like next to an iPhone 5s and a Samsung Galaxy smartphone. 

"The Passport offers a unique 4.5” inch square screen with full HD capabilities. It offers the same viewing space as a 5” inch phone but offers an even better viewing experience because of the screen’s width," explains the post. Hit jump to read more about it.

They can check the varied menu of goodies, peruse nutritional information and even pay for their double-doubles and donuts right from their Lumia devices. The TimmyMe app for Windows doesn't just find up to 20 nearby locations, it can inform users on amenities such as drive thru, Tim Card, Mobile payment, and Wi-Fi availabilities within that restaurant. For mobile payments, you can load up to five Tim Hortons prepaid cards on your smartphone so you never run out of coffee or baked goods.

Olympus announces Anywhere Classroom video series, an online photography class

Olympus launched the Anywhere Classroom video series, an online photography class hosted by members of the Olympus Visionary program that inspires anyone from snap shooters to working professionals to enhance their photo skills using the Olympus OM-D® family and lens system.
