Telus offers free Taxi rides in several Canadian cities over the holidays

Google to extend free Gmail calls through 2011

One of the cooler features introduced by Google to its Gmail web-based mail program is the ability for users in the US and Canada to make free calls directly from their browser. As long as you have an Internet connection, a mic and speakers you can easily make calls.
