After its launch earlier this year, the Dyson Purifier Big+Quiet Formaldehyde is now available in the country. This new air purifier is designed for "simplicity" in large, open-plan homes and commercial spaces. It can deliver up to a 10-metre projection, upgraded filtration, and ultra-low noise. It's the company's most quiet and powerful purifier yet. The Dyson Purifier Big+Quiet Formaldehyde retails for CAD 1,399.99 at www.dysoncanada.ca.

A recent survey conducted by Léger for Dyson in Canada found that the majority (58%) of Canadians are concerned about their indoor air quality. At least half find it very important to have an air purification system outside of their homes and more than eight-in-ten Canadians feel businesses have a responsibility to improve indoor air quality.

New Dyson air purifier can tackle large spaces

Dyson has launched a new air purifier that filters out various pollutants, including formaldehyde, a harmful chemical found in many household items. The Dyson Purifier Big+Quiet Formaldehyde has a special sensor and filter that detects and destroy formaldehyde. It also has a carbon dioxide sensor that tells you when to ventilate the room. The purifier can deliver purified air over 10 meters, covering large, open-plan spaces. It also operates quietly (at 56 decibels of noise) and has a breeze mode for natural airflow. You can monitor the air quality on the MyDyson app. 

Dyson also offers a similar purifier for commercial use called the Dyson Purifier HEPA Big+Quiet Formaldehyde. Both purifiers have a five-year HEPA H13 particle filter and a new K-Carbon filter.

Dyson Submarine is the brand's first wet vacuum cleaner attachment

The Dyson Submarine is a wet vacuum cleaner attachment for the Dyson V15s Detect Submarine and Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine vacuums. It can clean wet spills, stains, and debris from hard floors with a motorized microfiber roller that uses a pressurized water system. Its eight-point hydration system uses a pressurized chamber for even water distribution. It can cover up to 110m of space. The roller head has a 300ml clean water tank and a separate waste water tank to prevent dirt from spreading. The roller head is also low-profile and full-width, making it easy to reach under furniture and corners. This roller will not work with existing Dyson vacuums.
