TLight launches “Made for iPod, iPhone and iPad” LED desk light charging docks

TLight Ltd. launched the tLight S3 and S3x LED desk lights with powerful true-color light output and charging dock for recharging all iPhone and iPods with Lightning connector. With the additional USB port the tLights can also recharge other tablets and most smartphones.

The new tLights feature the very latest LED technology with a CRI (Color Redding Index) of 90, which is close to the perfect light – sunlight with a CRI of 100. This means great color authenticity and a stable and bright light providing a great reading experience without getting tired eyes. Setup quicker lunch/dinner dates with friends with Microsoft Tossup

Microsoft’s Garage group just unveiled a new app for iOS and Android that’ll make it easier to set up gatherings with your family or friends. Called Tossup, the app helps you and your loved ones figure out what to do and when to meet. You start it off with asking a question like “Who’s available for dinner tomorrow?” and then your contacts can reply through the app or via SMS if they don’t have the app. The polls you create can be simple yes or no questions as well. Yelp ratings are even integrated into the app so that should help you decide your meeting spots. With the app’s calendar integration, you can also see when the best time to meet for everyone is.

It’s currently just available in the U.S. though. We hope it somehow makes its way here. Sad to say there isn’t a Windows Phone version of the app, too.
