After a long wait and pent-up expectations, BlackBerry's new flagship smartphone arrives with a solid new and modern mobile operating system. The BlackBerry Z10, which is coming to Canadian carriers on February 5, is the nexus of BlackBerry's plan to be the one device for work and for personal use. Here's my take on the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone. I'll be reviewing BlackBerry 10 OS separately in a few weeks.
Apple today released an update to its iPad line with a model that has 128GB of storage costing $799 for the WiFi only version and $929 for the WiFi + 4G version. The ramping up of storage capacity puts the flagship iPad in competition with Microsoft's upcoming Surface Pro tablet which will arrive next month and which has both 64GB and 128GB variants. This opens the window to a 128GB iPhone 5, which will leapfrog current smartphone capacities in the high end right now. Hit jump for the full release.

Apple's iPhone 5 has arguably one of the best smartphone cameras in the market today. A great combination of hardware and software made even more dynamic by the staggering number of photo apps available to iOS. Its owly real limitation is that it is a smartphone camera with no opticical zoom or the ability to change lenses. Olloclip quickly takes care of the latter with its versatile Quick Connect Lens for the iPhone 5.
