A recent study by Symantec claims that malware and viruse threats on Google's mobile Android OS are increasing. The malware makes it way to Android devices through popular free applications as well as unnoficial marketplaces not supported by Google. For a full list of malicious apps hit jump.

Motorola Mobility's highly anticipated Atrix Android super-smartphone comes to Bell on March 17 for $599 (no term) or $170 on a new three-year contract. The Atrix ushers in a new mode of smartphone that can turn into a netbook or a desktop or home theatre device when used with accessory docks. Hit jump for Motorola's full release.
