HP has pioneered the touch-enabled all-in-one form factor and as a number of competitors are following suit can only innovate the line further. Released today are the new TouchSmart 610 and TouchSmart 9300 desktops. The finger-friendly 23-inch all-in-one desktops have 920 x 1080-resolution touchscreens, that can be positioned upright or reclined up to 60 degrees or swiveled as needed for better touch interaction. Running on a variety of Intel (possibly not Sandy Bridge until supply issues are remedied) or AMD processors, the new TouchSmart 610 are selling in the US starting February 9 beginning at $900 while the TouchSmart 9300 is expected in May.
Canadian pricing and availability information has not yet been released.

According to Boy Genius Report, Telus will be charging $50 to unlock any handset or device they sell that has a SIM card staring February 15th provided users are, "active post-paid customers with an account that has been open for a minimum of 90 days." This service is good for iDEN and GSM devices.
The biggest benefit of having an unlocked device is the freedom to insert any working SIM card and use it on that network while maintaining all your contacts, apps and information on your phonew. We hope more carriers get with the unlocking program and offer their customers the freedom they deserve. Hit jump for the full press release.

So, the first Verizon iPhone 4 has finally arrived and the requisite unboxing and early impression videos are starting to hit the web. It is said that the iPhone 4 has broken every sales record the Verizon has ever had. Great news for Apple and Verizon customers who have been waiting three years for an iPhone.
