Review: insta360 nano 360 camera for iPhone

As a reporter who needs to cover various events and who is constantly taking pictures of products. I'm always on the lookout for new cameras, recorders and equipment and tools that can improve my content and help me capture the essence of stories.

360' cameras were initially so expensive (and the quality of their video and photo was so poor), that I avoided them. Now that various social media channels accept 360' content and VR headsets do a great job of playing back the immersive content, my interest in 360' content and the cameras that can capture them has grown.

Corning receives $200 million from Apple's Advanced Manufacturing Fund

Apple today announced Corning Incorporated will receive $200 million from Apple’s new Advanced Manufacturing Fund as part of the company’s commitment to foster innovation among American manufacturers. Corning makes Gorilla Glass which is used as the protective glass on iPhone, iPad and MacBook displays as well as for Apple Watch.

The investment will support Corning’s R&D, capital equipment needs and state-of-the-art glass processing. Corning's 65-year-old Harrodsburg facility has been integral to the 10-year collaboration between these two innovative companies and will be the focus of Apple’s investment.

Story Remix is Microsoft's modern successor to Movie Maker

Windows Movie Maker, which was recently removed from existence, now has a modern successor with Story Remix, which is coming in this Fall's Creators Update makes it easy to create compelling and fun videos from various sources. You can start a story or video on a phone and complete it on a PC using various effects, clip transitions, styles and even soundtracks. This really is the movie app we've long been waiting Microsoft to include in Windows 10.

Apple's done a great job of curating Canadian content on their various app stores to give local developers and their projects a higher profile in what can be an overwhelming app store experience.
