‘Wormarium’ wiggles way into iTunes features chart

The new action-puzzler game Wormarium from Toronto-based Trompo Games, Inc. has been garnering some attention shortly after its release. According to Trompo Games’ co-owner Max Cranley, the game has just been live for about 24 hours and it has already been featured in the Best New Games category for 91 countries.

Wormarium is an 80-level game that challenges you while under pressure. You play colorful worms that need to fill subterranean labyrinths with your “worminess” while you’re being chased around by deadly moles. The game was designed with advanced artificial intelligence so the moles try and predict your next move.

TumblrTV will take away productivity

Just in case you didn’t think Tumblr was enough of a time-suck. Tumblr’s giving you one more reason to stay on its site. The blogging platform now has a Tumblr TV section. This just displays an endless stream of GIFs that loop a few times before it moves on to the next GIF. You can play GIFs based on hashtags or specific blogs. Or you can just let it loop whatever is popular on the platform at the moment. Of course, you can reblog or like any of the GIFs that turn up there. It’ll even show you which account shared the post.

'Heroes Reborn' gets new trailer

If you're like us, we'd assume you'd be just as excited as we are for the new Heroes Reborn trailer. The new show will have a panel at the upcoming San Diego Comic Con. From the looks of it, it's dark and quiet cool. Some of the old faves like Hiro (played by Masi Oka) and HRG (played by Jack Coleman) make an appearance in this new clip. The show will be making its debut in the US on September 24.
